participants will pay nonrefundable $2.00/entry-singles, $4.00/entry- doubles.

You must submit one (1) player with a valid Student ID number for singles play, two (2) players for doubles, or coed play:

Men's Singles (Skill Level A, B, C) or NTRP (4.0, 5.0, 6.0)
