How to Enter a Team

Individual Sports

• Individual and Un-officiated Sports - For all other sports, information sheets and entry forms can be obtained at the Intramural/Sport Club Information Center or on-line http://athletics.uchicago.edu/campus/campus-imsports.htm to register. Complete the following information: Participant Name, Identification number, Phone, (if appropriate) Partners Name, EMAIL, phone, and signature.
• A $2.00 entry fee is required for each participant who enters, i.e. doubles teams will be $4.00. All individual tournaments will be round robin, single or double elimination based on the number of entries to maximize play.
• The tournament structure, deadline schedule, and participants’ names and phone numbers will be posted Friday after the entry due date outside of the IM office, Rm 139, Gerald Ratner Center.
