The Office of Intramural, Recreation, and Sport Clubs offers Intramural Sports and Sport Clubs for all students of the University of Chicago. We are located in Gerald Ratner Center, Room 139 & 141, 702-9557 or 702-4658

The Department of Intrmural Sports, Recreation, and Sport Clubs are under the direction of the Department of Physical Educaton and Athletics. The Division of Student Affairs supports programs and services for Student Activities and Registered Student Organizations.

How to Enter an Individual/Dual Sports or Intramural Team

On-Line Registration

Select desired sport. Complete entry form, select league, division, team name, manager and officials information, team roster with ID numbers, then submit. Payment of the $30.00 deposit to the Office of Intramural, Recreation, and Sport Clubs is required before the deadline of the timed submission.

Intramural Sports Office

Pick up an Information Sheet and official entry form.

Team Sports: Complete entry form with name of the sport, league choices(s), division classification, name of your team, team manager’s name, e-mail, phone number.Submit a team roster listing all players names, ID #’s, and e-mail of all the members of your team. Players may be added on site or on line. The minimum names accepted to validate your team entry form is seven.

Entry Fee Team Sports: Remit $30.00 deposit, refundable upon a non-forfeiture season.

Attend Mandatory Manager and Officials Meeting. The team manager or alternate must attend the mandatory manager’s meetings to acquire rules and schedules.

Individual Sports: Complete the following information: Participant’s Name, ID #, EMAIL; Partner’s name, EMAIL, phone number

Indvidual Sports: A $2.00 entry fee will be assessed per person.
