Rachel Ohman, Michaela Whitelaw Named USTFCCCA All-Academic

CHICAGO -- University of Chicago senior Rachel Ohman (Solana Beach, Calif./ Torrey Pines) and sophomore Michaela Whitelaw (Swarthmore, Pa./ Strath Haven) have been selected to the 2011 U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association NCAA Division III All-Academic Cross Country Team.

WINNECONNE, Wis. --  Led by senior All-American Rachel Ohman (Solana Beach, Calif./ Torrey Pines), the University of Chicago women's cross country team finished 27th at the NCAA Division III Championships Saturday at the Lake Breeze Golf Course.

Chicago Finishes 3rd at Midwest Regional

ROCK ISLAND, Ill. -- The University of Chicago women's cross country team finished in third place at the Midwest Regional Championships Saturday at Augustana College. As a result of their third-place performance, the Maroons remain in contention for an at-large bid to next week's NCAA Division III Championship.
