Ratner Athletics Center Closings

Competition Gym:

The Ratner Athletics Center Competition Gym will be closed to recreational use Tuesday, November 17th beginning at 11:00 am through the remainder of the evening for the UC Wrestling Meet vs. Olivet.  On Wednesday, November 18th the Competition Gym will re-open for recreational use at 11:00 am.  

In addition, the Competition Gym will be closed to recreational use from Friday, November 20th through Sunday, November 22nd for the University of Chicago Men’s and Women’s Basketball Midway Classic.  On Monday, November 23rd the Competition Gym will re-open for recreational use at 11:00 am.
 
Pool:

The Ratner Athletics Center Myers-McLoraine Pool will be closed for Family Swim and Open Recreation Swimming beginning with the Friday, November 20th evening pool hours (6:00 pm - 8:45 pm) and all day Saturday and Sunday, November 21st and 22nd for the Phoenix Fall Classic Swim Meet.  On Monday, November 23rd the pool will re-open for recreational use at 6:00 am.

Henry Crown Field House Closings:

The Henry Crown Field House 2nd Level will be closed to recreational use Friday, November 20th beginning at 5:00 pm through Saturday, November 21st (all day) for a Fencing Club tournament.  On Sunday, November 22nd the Henry Crown 2nd Level will re-open for recreational use at 10:00 am.

In addition, there will be a MetroSquash Tournament held in the Henry Crown racquet courts Friday, November 20th beginning at 4:00 pm through Saturday, November 21st (all day).  Throughout the tournament squash court #5 will be remain available to patrons for recreational use (as well as all of the racquetball courts).  On Sunday, November 22nd all squash courts will re-open for recreational use at 2:00 pm.
