General Information
The FitChicago Program provides group fitness classes, Fitness Center orientation sessions, and personal training services for Ratner Center members.

Drop-in fitness classes are currently offered to members of Ratner in beginning yoga, intermediate yoga, Pilates, muscle toning, cardio kickboxing, water aerobics, adult learn-to-swim, NIA (neuromuscular integrative action), tango for fitness, step aerobics, and other classes. A Fitness Punch Card (1 class-$5; 5 classes-$23; 10 classes-$40) must be purchased at the Ratner Center front desk to participate in these classes.

Fitness Center orientation sessions are offered on a regular basis for no charge to current members of Ratner and Henry Crown. These one-hour sessions offered each quarter cover the safe and effective use of the fitness equipment and machines.

Personal fitness training services are also available. A certified personal trainer will help clients achieve their fitness goals by evaluating their current fitness levels and designing comprehensive exercise programs to meet their needs. Fitness assessments, one-on-one sessions, small group instruction, and mini-classes are available.
