| Tennis, Intermediate |
Intermediate Tennis will offer a mix of stroke development and organized doubles instruction and match play. The first four sessions will focus on the serve, forehand and backhand ground strokes, and volley development. The final four classes will focus on doubles play including strategy and tactics. Students in this class should be confident in the serve and ground strokes. Students seeking an emphasis on stroke development are advised to take Beginning Tennis instead, even if they have already completed the class previously. Like Beginning Tennis, this class requires pre-registration at the Ratner front desk and a course fee of $100. Registration begins on June 22, 2009. |
