Buoyed by a team championship in Graduate Coed Volleyball as well as individual championships in both IM Mixed Doubles Fall Tennis and IM Women's Singles Fall Tennis, the Pritzker School of Medicine sits atop the University of Chicago Intramural Office's Fall Quarter Phoenix Cup standings.
The Phoenix Cup is awarded annually to the graduate program earning the most points in sanctioned intramural activities throughout the academic year (by way of participation and place). Pritzker currently leads with 880 points. Five-time defending champions, the University of Chicago Law School is in second place with 405 points, followed by the Biological Sciences Division (310 points), the Physical Sciences Division (260) and the Booth School of Business (200).
Ten of the University's recognized graduate divisions and professional schools scored points in the fall.
All IM Fall Quarter sports have since concluded – with the exception of the IM Bowling championship – and have been included in the point standings.
