Michael Madero begins his first year at Chicago in 2006. Since 1995, Madero has served as program administrator for Region 1 Olympic Development Soccer directing, organizing, and scheduing activities in the selection and training of youths for future regional and national age group selections.

Madero is a 1991 graduate of Hamilton College. In 1994, he completed a master's degree in the social sciences at the University of Chicago.

Assistant Coach Ben Reeves

Ben Reeves completed his second season with the Chicago coaching staff in 2005. During his stint, he has helped guide the Maroons to a record of 26-8-4 with an NCAA Division III postseason appearance in 2005.

Reeves is a 1999 graduate of Haverford College, where he was a member of the soccer team from 1995-98.
