CHICAGO -- Sophomore Stanton Coville (Powell, Ohio/ Olentangy Liberty) converted a penalty kick in the final minute of the first overtime period to lift the University of Chicago to a 1-0 win over Washington (Mo.) University in University Athletic Association men's soccer play Saturday at Stagg Field. With the victory, Chicago gained a share of the UAA championship and by virtue of the league's tie-breaking procedures earned an automatic bid to the NCAA Division III Championship.
