CHICAGO -- University of Chicago senior Morgan Herrick (Cedarburg, Wis./ Cedarburg) has been selected to this week's D3hoops.com Team of the Week.
Herrick averaged 18.0 points and 6.0 rebounds as the second-ranked Maroons swept a pair of University Athletic Association games on the road to improve to 20-0 on the season.
After finishing with 17 points and five boards in a 79-55 win at Emory University, Herrick totaled 19 points and seven rebounds in the Maroons' 68-55 win at fifth-ranked University of Rochester. In the two games, she shot 70.8% from the field (17 of 24).
Herrick made her first career appearance on the D3hoops.com Team of the Week, which recognizes the top performance at each of the five positions from the previous week's action.
