Two Maroons Compete on Final Day of
NCAA Division III Outdoor Track Championship

St. Paul, Minn. -- University of Chicago senior Jerome Tharaud (Bozeman, Mont./Bozeman) and sophomore Adeoye Mabogunje (Tamuning, Guam/St. John's) competed on the third and final day of the 2002 NCAA Division III Men's Outdoor Track & Field Championship Friday at Macalester College.

Tharaud finished in 14th place in the 5,000-meter run with a time of 15:39.66.

Mabogunje placed 11th in the high jump competition with a leap of 2.01 meters.
