Maroons Fall to #20 Elmhurst

Chicago -- The University of Chicago volleyball team dropped a 30-21, 30-25, 30-16 decision to 20th-ranked Elmhurst College in non-conference play Tuesday night at the Henry Crown Field House.

Sophomore middle hitter Emma Hamilton (Washington, D.C./ National Cathedral) led the Maroons (6-24) with six kills and five blocks, including four solos. Sophomore libero Tracie Kenyon (Sunnyvale, Calif./ St. Francis) contributed nine digs.

The match marked the Maroons' first appearance at Crown Field House since Sept. 27. Chicago is 1-3 on its home court this season.

Elmhurst improved its record to 23-9.
