Maroons Fall to IIT

Chicago -- The University of Chicago volleyball team dropped a 30-16, 30-25, 30-22 decision to the host Illinois Institute of Technology on Friday night.

Sophomore outside hitter Katie Meinhover (Ottertail, Minn./ Perham) led the Maroons (4-18) with 14 kills. Sophomore libero Tracie Kenyon (Sunnyvale, Calif./ St. Francis) contributed 17 digs.

The loss was Chicago's fourth in a row.
