Maroons Fall to #13 Elmhurst

Chicago -- In a matchup of nationally-ranked wrestling teams, the 27th-ranked University of Chicago dropped a 21-14 decision to #13 Elmhurst College Wednesday night at the Ratner Athletics Center.

In the 184-pound bout, sophomore Ben Barnes (Wheaton, Ill./ Wheaton-Warrenville South) posted a 6-2 decision over Elmhurst's Matt Sassolino, who entered the night as the top-ranked 184-pounder in the NCAA Division III.

Chicago fell to 4-4 in dual matches, while Elmhurst improved to 14-3.
