The Maroons opened up a 39-26 advantage at halftime and led by at least 12 points throughout the second stanza. Chicago shot 45.8% from the field while holding the Tartans (5-15, 0-9) to a 28.8% mark. The Maroons were also successful on seven of 15 three-point attempts (46.7%), including a 3-for-5 effort from junior Korry Schwanz (Menominee, Mich./ Menominee).
