Maroons Ranked 20th in NCAA Division III

Chicago -- The University of Chicago women's cross country team is ranked 20th in this week's NCAA Division III coaches poll.

Chicago, which dropped two positions from last week's #20 ranking, finished in 13th place at the 33rd Annual Sean Earl Lakefront Invitational, hosted by Loyola (Ill.) University this past Saturday. Chicago was the sole NCAA Division III entrant among the 28-team field, which included 18 NCAA Division I institutions.

Chicago returns to action at Benedictine (Ill.) University on Friday, Oct. 7 at 3:30 p.m.
