May 2, 2007 CHICAGO -- University of Chicago junior Bharath Sithian (Staten Island, N.Y./ Staten Island) and freshman Noah Schneider (Jericho, N.Y./ Jericho) earned All-University Athletic Association honors as the conference today announced its 2007 All-Association Men's Tennis Team. Schneider and Sithain were cited as All-UAA first team selections at fifth and sixth singles, respectively. Both players finished 2-0 at the UAA Championship tournament this past weekend at Case Western Reserve University. Schneider finished the season with an overall singles mark of 13-6, while Sithian registered an 11-5 mark. Chicago (10-8 overall) won two of three matches en route to a third place showing at the UAA Championship. |
