May 26, 2007 OSHKOSH, Wis. -- University of Chicago senior Emil Bojanov (Sofia, Bulgaria/ Dulaney, Md.) placed 11th in the 1,500-meter run competition on the third and final day of the 2007 NCAA Division III Men's Outdoor Track & Field Championship Saturday at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. Bojanov, who advanced to the 1,500-meter finals on the strength of a 4:00.97 performance in Thursday's trials, registered time of 3:57.78. Will Leer of Pomona-Pitzer Colleges took top honors with a time of 3:53.13. |
