Sally Hall Named UAA Player of the Week

CHICAGO -- University of Chicago senior defender Sally Hall (Durham, N.C./ Jordan) has been named the University Athletic Association Athlete of the Week for women's soccer (defense), the conference announced today.

Hall helped lead the 16th-ranked Maroons (4-0-1) to a 3-0 win at the University of Wisconsin-LaCrosse (Sept. 13) and 1-0 victory over visiting Illinois Wesleyan University (Sept. 16). In the two wins, the Maroons allowed just four shots on goal. Hall also collected an assist in the victory at Wisconsin-LaCrosse.

Hall earned her first career UAA Athlete of the Week citation.
