February 14, 2007 CHICAGO -- The University of Chicago women's basketball team has been ranked 22nd in this week's USA Today/ESPN poll of NCAA Division III schools. Chicago split a pair of University Athletic Association games at home last week, defeating Case Western Reserve University 71-60 on Friday, Feb. 9, before dropping a 69-63 decision to Emory University two days later. Chicago (17-5 overall, 6-5 UAA) plays a pair of UAA games on the road this week, beginning Friday, Feb. 16 at the University of Rochester. Chicago then takes on Carnegie Mellon University on Sunday, Feb. 18. |
