CHICAGO -- University of Chicago senior defender Sally Hall (Durham, N.C./ Jordan) and junior forward Christine Farmer (Pine City, N.Y./ Elmira Notre Dame) have been named to the National Soccer Coaches Association of America All-Central Region Second Team.
Hall led a Chicago defense that held opponents to 14 goals in 18 matches. She also contributed offensively with a goal and an assist.
Farmer was the Maroons' leading scorer with 14 goals -- the fifth-highest output in school history-- and four assists for 32 points.
Last week, Hall and Farmer were named to the D3kicks.com All-Central Region First Team; Hall was cited as a third team All-American.
Chicago finished the 2006 campaign with a 12-5-1 overall record, including a 4-3-0 mark in UAA play, which was good for third place.
