Feb. 7, 2008 Track & Field Teams Ranked #4, #6 in NCAA Division III CHICAGO -- The University of Chicago women's and men's indoor track & field teams have been ranked fourth and sixth, respectively, in the initial U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association NCAA Division III Power Rankings. In the women's rankings, Tufts University captured the top spot with 198.14 points, followed by Illinois Wesleyan University (197.68), North Central College (195.38), and Chicago (184.50). On the men's side, North Central ranked first with 215.81 points, followed by Augustana (Ill.) College (207.45) and Tufts (203.23). Chicago collected 195.95 points. |
