Sept. 29, 2007 CHICAGO -- The University of Chicago and fourth-ranked Emory University played to a scoreless tie in University Athletic Association women's soccer action Saturday at Stagg Field. Senior netminder Amanda Sutter (Irvine, Calif./ University) collected six saves for the Maroons (5-2-2 overall, 0-0-1 UAA) en route to her fourth shutout of the year. Emily Fedeles stopped five shots for Emory, (8-0-1, 0-0-1) which had won eight straight matches to start the season. Chicago held a slim 10-8 edge in shots. |
