OSHKOSH, Wis. -- The University of Chicago women's indoor track & field team opened its 2008 season Saturday with a 93-57 loss in dual meet action at the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh.

Freshman Bianca Scott (Excelsior, Minn./ Minnetonka) won a pair of events, taking top honors in the 55-meter hurdles (9.66) and tying for first place with fellow freshman Kari Ostgaard (Geneva, Ill./ Geneva) in the high jump (1.50 m).

Senior Hannah Moots (Nashville, Tenn./ University School) turned in the Maroons' other first-place finish, as she led the way in the 3,000-meter run (10:59.42).
