CHICAGO -- The University of Chicago men's swimming & diving team won for the second time in as many dual meets this season as it defeated the host Illinois Institute of Technology 133-110 Friday evening.

Junior Jacob Hanebutt (Overland Park, Kan./ Blue Valley North) won two individual events, as he took top honors in the 500- and 1,000-yard freestyles with respective times of 5:03.12 and 10:17.61.

Junior Ed Wagner (Sheboygan, Wis./ South) was the Maroons' other multi-event winner. He led the way in the 100-yard breaststroke (1:01.31) and swam a leg of the Maroons' first-place 200-yard medley relay (1:40.16).

Chicago hosts the Maroon Invitational Friday and Saturday, Nov. 6-7 at the Myers-McLoraine Pool.
