Active Older Adult (AOA) FitFusion: Get moving and enjoy the health benefits of interval training designed to improve cardiovascular health, muscular endurance, balance and coordination through multi-joint and compound exercises. This class is suitable for participants age 50+.

AM Boot Camp: Rise and Shine! Start your day with an amazing military-inspired workout designed to achieve your fitness goals. Calisthenics and training drills develop strength, stamina and agility. Each class is uniquely designed to challenge you and advance your fitness level while encouraging success along the way. This class is suitable for all fitness levels.

POUND®: SWEAT. SCULPT. ROCK! POUND® is the world’s first cardio jam session inspired by the infectious, energizing and sweat-dripping fun of playing the drums. This class is suitable for all fitness levels.

Speed & Agility: Train at a level that is equal to your game intensity to help increase your performance and to minimize injury. This intense training format enhances athleticism for individuals of all ages and sports by focusing on speed, agility, running mechanics and overall strength. This class is suitable for intermediate-advanced fitness levels.
