CHICAGO -- The University of Chicago women's swimming & diving team topped the six-team field at the Maroon Invitational Friday and Saturday at the Myers-McLoraine Pool. Chicago, which won all five relays, finished with 1,405 points. Carroll College was next with 399.
CHICAGO -- The University of Chicago women's swimming & diving team improved to 2-0 on the season Friday night with a 165-68 win over the host Illinois Institute of Technology. Sophomore Tara Levens (Palo Alto, Calif./ Gunn) led the Maroons to first-place finishes in the 200-yard medley relay (1:56.69) and 200-yard freestyle relay (1:44.14) and took top honors in the 100-yard butterfly (1:00.31).
