White is a 2005 graduate of Coe College, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in political science and classical studies. A four-year member of the men’s tennis team, he was an All-Iowa Intercollegiate Athletic Conference performer in singles and doubles while serving as team captain in 2005. White helped guide Coe to four straight IIAC team titles and NCAA Division III regional appearances, amassing a four-year dual match record of 94-18. He finished his career ranked ninth on Coe's all-time victories list with 121. Following his playing career at Coe, White served as an assistant tennis professional in West Chester, Pennsylvania, in late 2005 before accepting a post as tennis professional in Greeley, Colorado, in January 2006. White is a certified member of the USPTA. |
