Maroons Drop Out of Top 25

On the heels of a 3-1 loss at seventh-ranked Illinois Wesleyan University this past Saturday, the women's soccer team fell out of this week's NSCAA national poll. The Maroons are ranked fifth in the Central Region.

The women's soccer team, off to a 2-0 start, is ranked 15th in this week's NCAA Division III coaches poll, conducted by the National Soccer Coaches Association of America.

2009 Schedule Released

Head Women's Soccer Coach Amy Reifert has announed her team's 2009 schedule. The 18-game schedule includes 11 home matches, among them the Maroons' Stagg Field debut against Babson on Sept. 5. Chicago also hosts UAA rivals Emory (Oct. 10), Rochester (Oct. 16), Case (Oct. 18), and Washington-St. Louis (Nov. 1).
