Strength and Conditioning

The Strength and Conditioning staff is available to those athletes who are interested in such options on a voluntary basis. A weekly schedule of supervised weight room work and/or general conditioning are open to athletes from all sports each quarter. Details regarding these sessions can be accessed through the head coach or by visiting the Strength and Conditioning page on the athletics website (

Head Strength and Conditioning Coach Jim White is available to members of all sports for optional strength and conditioning work, both in and out of season. It is requested that contact and communication to address a specific individual’s needs be made initially through the head coach.

The Strength and Conditioning staff intends to comply with any advisements made by the Athletic Training staff in regards to specific student-athlete’s ability to participate in any programs provided.
