No. 19-ranked UChicago (14-2 record, 5-0 UAA) will look to extend its 12-game winning streak as the Maroons hit the road to face Emory University (10-6, 4-1 UAA) on Friday night and No. 7-ranked University of Rochester (15-1, 5-0 UAA) on Sunday afternoon.
Last weekend, the Maroons cruised to a pair of road victories at Carnegie Mellon University and Case Western Reserve University by a combined margin of 65 points. Sophomore guard Mia Farrell scored a career-high 24 points against CWRU and shot 72 percent over both games. She averaged more than one point per minute, as she was only on the floor for 19.5 minutes per game.
UChicago (7-9 record, 3-2 UAA) will be traveling as well this weekend for games against No. 13-ranked Emory (14-2, 5-0 UAA) on Friday night and No. 22-ranked Rochester (13-3, 4-1 UAA) on Sunday afternoon.
The Maroons split their most recent road trip, besting Carnegie Mellon 66-64 before dropping a tight 78-73 contest to Case Western Reserve. Junior forward Ryan Jacobsen put on a career performance in the win against Carnegie Mellon, scoring 28 points on 12-for-15 shooting and pulling down 14 rebounds. UChicago has tallied more assists than its opponents 11 times in 16 games.
The 23rd-ranked Maroons (7-3 record) will compete on Friday and Saturday at the Wheaton College Pete Willson Invitational. The Pete Willson – Wheaton Invitational is the oldest and largest small-college wrestling tournament in the country, dating back to the original Wheaton Invitational in 1938. This year's iteration features 38 teams, including 10 currently ranked in the national top 25 poll.
Last weekend, UChicago lost to No. 14-ranked North Central College 27-12 in a dual meet. Sophomore Kahlan Lee-Lermer pinned his fourth opponent of the season in the 165-pound match, improving his season record to 11-6.

Swimming & Diving
UChicago will send split squads to meets at DePauw University and Lake Forest College on Saturday afternoon.
This past Saturday, UChicago's men clinched their first ever dual win against an NCAA Division I opponent, topping University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee 152-134. The Maroons won 11 events on the men's side and four events on the women's side. Sophomore Reona Yamaguchi broke the men's pool record in the 100-yard IM with a time of 52.55. First-year Nadia Redza won the 200-yard freestyle and set a new school record in the 100-yard IM (1:00.52). That 100-yard IM time currently ranks fifth in NCAA Division III.

Indoor Track & Field
The Maroons will compete at the Grand Valley State University Invite this coming Saturday.
UChicago's women placed first of three teams while the men were second at the Illinois Wesleyan University I-55 Triangular. First-year Ryan Cutter won the 3,000 meters in a time of 8:46.78 that places him at the top of the UAA by a margin of about eight seconds. That mark is also good for 35th in the NCAA Division III rankings. Sophomore Alisha Harris notched wins in the 60 meters (7.91) and the 200 meters (26.60). Her 60-meter time ranks 15th in NCAA Division III.

Men's and Women's Tennis
The ninth-ranked UChicago tennis teams will open their spring season on Saturday against Division II opponent Lewis University at XS Tennis Village.
The Maroons hope to build on their strong showing in the fall. The Maroon men claimed singles and doubles titles at the ITA Central Region Championships for the fourth-straight year. The duo of sophomore Tyler Raclin and first-year Jeremy Yuan went on to win the ITA Oracle Cup doubles title for the first time in program history.
Women's fall highlights featured an all-Maroon ITA Central Region Championship singles final between first-year Claire Handa and sophomore Marjorie Antohi. Handa came out on top 7-5, 7-6 and advanced to the ITA Oracle Cup, where she placed fourth.
