Strongin House Leads Maroon Cup Standings at Conclusion of Winter Season

Strongin House maintains a slight lead at the top of the Maroon Cup standings after earning 1,545 points during the winter quarter with a Men’s Wallyball Championship, strong individual performances in Hearts, and overall participation in almost every IM sport.

The Maroon Cup is awarded annually to the undergraduate house earning the most points in sanctioned intramural activities throughout the academic year (by way of participation and place).

Behar House remains in a close second after earning 1,500 points over the winter.

Also of note was Breckenridge House who climbed from 11th to 4th place with 740 winter quarter points earned and Delgiorno House, Wallace House, and May House all cracking the top 15 for the first time this year.

The final Maroon Cup Standings will be calculated once all Spring IM Sports have concluded and the 2019 Maroon Cup Champions will be crowned.
