CHICAGO -- University of Chicago junior Lucy Harrison-Caldwell was named the UAA Women's Soccer Offensive Athlete of the Week, as announced by the association office on Monday afternoon.

Harrison-Caldwell bagged a brace in a dominant Senior Day victory over #21 Brandeis on Sunday as the Maroons took down the Judges 6-0. The junior scored her first goal in the 37th minute after Jamie Nguyen slipped in a beautiful ball through the back line, allowing Harrison-Caldwell to beat the keeper one-on-one to put the Maroons up 2-0. Then, in the 73rd minute, Harrison-Caldwell put the game on ice as she dribbled through the Brandeis defense, beating four defenders and the keeper at the near post to extend the lead to three.

The sociology major from Newton, Massachusetts joins Kate Bruntlett and Mary Stuart Kerrigan as one of only three players to record a multi-goal game this season for UChicago.

The Player of the Week award for Harrison-Caldwell is the first of her career. She joins Bruntlett and Indira Naylor as the trio of Maroons to earn Player of the Week honors in 2025.

Harrison-Caldwell and the Maroons return to action on Saturday, November 8, when they hit the road for a top-10 matchup with #1 WashU in the regular season finale.
