CHICAGO – University of Chicago men's soccer player Matthew Koh's offensive prowess was rewarded with University Athletic Association (UAA) Athlete of the Week accolades on Monday.
Koh scored two goals on Saturday to lead the No. 3-ranked Maroons to a 4-2 road victory over No. 2-ranked North Park University. His opening score came on a first-half penalty kick and his second came on a breakaway in the final 10 minutes. The senior forward leads the team in points with four goals and one assist through four games this season.
In the program's career records, Koh currently ranks second in assists (26), ninth in goals (22) and seventh in points (70).
