CHICAGO – The University of Chicago men's and women's cross country teams will run in their fourth meet of the season on Saturday at the University of Wisconsin-Parkside "Lucian Rosa" Invitational.
In the latest U.S. Track & Field and Cross Country Coaches Association (USTFCCCA) national poll, the Maroon women are ranked at No. 11 while the men are in the Also Receiving Votes category.

- WOMEN'S NOTES: In her first season as a cross country runner, Khia Kurtenbach (So.) has already won two races and earned UAA Athlete of the Week on Sept. 8. ... Brianna Hickey (Sr.) has finished in the top eight in all three races, highlighted by a second-place showing at the Illinois Intercollegiates last week. ... The Maroons have won two meets this year and took runner-up in the other.
- MEN'S NOTES: The men's team has finished in the top four in each of the first three races of the season. ... Gareth Jones (Jr.) has been the squad's top finisher in each race with a pair of runner-up performances. ... Michael Frasco (Sr.) has placed in the top eight twice this season. ... In their past 11 races, UChicago has finished in the top four as a team on nine occasions.
