SHENANDOAH, Texas -- The University of Chicago swimmers and divers wrapped up the final day of the NCAA Division III Championships with a trio of top-10 performances on Saturday.
The Maroons finished 24th out of 54 teams represented on the women's side, with Emory University coming away as the team champion. UChicago's men ended up 28th out of 49 teams represented, with Kenyon College capturing the team title.
In her last collegiate race, senior Kathleen Taylor took 10th place in the 1,650-yard freestyle with a time of 17:04.53. Sophomores Matthew Staab and Anthony Restaino finished ninth (499.65 points) and 10th (492.35 points), respectively, in the three-meter dive.
