Matthew Joseph is a partner in the Securities and Finance practice at Morgan, Lewis & Bockius LLP. He earned his J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 1994, and holds a B.S. from Cornell University, class of 1991. He has three children, a daughter who played lacrosse at Bucknell and graduated in 2024 and two sons, one who wrestled, a 3x Academic All-American and graduated from the University of Chicago in 2025 and was an economics major with concentration in business and the other who is a rising junior at the University of Chicago and also on the wrestling team.
