WALTHAM, Mass. - The UChicago Maroons Men's Cross-Country team faced a challenging field at the UAA Cross Country Championship held on the campus of Brandeis University in Waltham, MA. Sophomore Sanju Patel led the Maroons with a time of 24:40.3, securing First Team All-UAA honors for his performance. Patel's strong showing exemplified the resilience and determination of the Maroons squad. 

First-year Issac Cohen made an impressive UAA Championship debut, finishing 27th overall with a time of 25:23.0, the second-best time among first-year runners in the field—a promising start to his collegiate career. 

Several Maroons marked personal milestones on race day. Sophomore Liam Eifert, Senior Zane Gillan, and First-year Max Huang each posted personal best times, underscoring their dedication and progress through the season. Together, their efforts contributed to the Maroons' fifth-place team finish.
