CHICAGO, Ill. -- The University of Chicago men's tennis team caps off its fall season this weekend as the team travels to Toledo for the Zach Barden Memorial Tournament from Friday to Sunday. The full tournament draw will be released at a later date.

#5 UNIVERSITY OF CHICAGO NOTES:

* UChicago has had a successful fall with two All-Americans and a pair of doubles teams reaching the Central Regional Finals and ITA Cup.
* Christian Liew and Shrikeshav Murugesan won the ITA Central Region to lock up ITA Doubles All-American honors.
* Albert Mackey and Heyang Li also reached the ITA Central Region doubles finals before falling to their teammates.
* In the ITA Cup, Liew and Murugesan reached the quarterfinals before falling to a team from Emory.
* Mackey and Li came up short against the #1 overall seed from Gustavus Adolphus, but the duo bounced back to win both consolation matches.
* Murugesan has earned a pair of UAA Athlete of the Week honors, and Liew also earned the honors as part of the doubles duo with Murugesan.
* Last season, UChicago capped off the year with a 23-4 record and runners-up finishes in the ITA Indoor National Championships and the UAA Championships.
* The Maroons reached the NCAA Quarterfinals with wins over #62 Grinnell and #30 Gustavus Adolphus, but they fell short with a 4-2 loss to #4 Case Western.
* After competing in the Toledo Tournament this weekend, the Maroons will return to action in the spring with their full schedule to be released at a later date.
