Box Score MADISON, Wis. -- The University of Chicago men's tennis team traveled to the University of Wisconsin on Sunday afternoon for a neutral site matchup with #34 Gustavus Adolphus, their second match of the season against the Gusties.

Gustavus Adolphus earned the first point in the match in doubles play after rolling to a 6-4 win at #1 doubles and squeaking out a 7-6(7-4) victory at #3 doubles to seal the point. Alexander Ekstrand and Derek Hsieh added the lone doubles win for the Maroons as the won 7-6(8-6) at #2 doubles.

In singles play, UChicago continued their dominating season, sweeping all six matches. Ajer Sher and Matthew Liew dominated at the bottom of the lineup with a 6-2, 6-3 win for Sher at #5 singles and a 6-3, 6-4 win for Liew at #6 singles.

Derek Hsieh continued the momentum for UChicago just moments later with a 6-3, 6-3 win at #3 singles, and Emil Grantcharov locked up the victory for the Maroons with the fourth point in a 6-2, 7-6(10-8) win at #2 singles.

Alexander Ekstrand faced a tough battle at the top singles spot, but he was able to bounce back from losing the second set to bagel his opponent in the final set for a 6-4, 4-6, 6-0 win. The final match of the day featured Michael Choi at #4 singles with Choi bringing home a 3-6, 7-5, 7-5 come-from-behind victory to cap off the 6-1 win.

With the win, the Maroons improve to 15-2 on the season. The team returns to their home courts next weekeend as they host WashU on Saturday and Grinnell on Sunday for their first regular season matches in Chicago since February 16.
