RESULTS
WARRENVILLE, Ill. -- The University of Chicago women's cross country dominated their second meet of the season with the top-4 finishers and their second consecutive first-place finish to open the season.
Katja Dunayevich won her first career collegiate meet on Saturday with a time of 21:38.70 to join
Estelle Snider as the meet winners for the Maroons this season. Snider also finished the meet with a sub-22 time as she finished in second with a time of 21:52.40.
Emma Kelly and
Nora Holmes rounded out the top-4 finishers for the Maroons with times of 22:09.80 and 22:14.60 to help UChicago earn the top-4 finishers in the meet.
Alexandra Lohse,
Sylvia Snider, and
Eva Devlin also finished in the top-10 for the Maroons as they took first-place with 17 points, beating second-place DePauw by over 60 points.
Devlin, Kelly,
Cyd Kennard, and
Rachel Singer all recorded personal best times in the meet to help the Maroons to home first-place for the second-straight invite.
The Maroons will return to action on Friday, October 3, as they travel to South Bend for the Joe Piane Invitational at Notre Dame.
