Bobby Savich enters his second year as the Assistant Men's Basketball Coach at the University of Chicago in the 2025-26 academic year.

Savich arrives at Chicago following three seasons (2019-2022) at Bosco Institute (IN) as an assistant coach for their Post Grad program.

At Bosco, his duties included individual skill development, game plan preparation, opponent scouting, and statistical analysis. Prior to Bosco Institute, Savich spent 2010-2013 and 2015-2019 on staff at Lincoln-Way East School in Frank-fort, Illinois. Savich helped guide the Griffins to their first  20-win campaign in 2016-2017, a then-school record 23 wins in 2017-2018, and the school's first boys' basketball IHSA Regional title.

Savich is a 2010 graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and holds a bachelor's degree in broadcast journalism.
