Diamond Pikulyk enters his second year as the Assistant Women's Basketball Coach at the University of Chicago in the 2025-26 academic year.

Prior to UChicago, Pikulyk served as an assistant coach at Edgewood College in Madison, Wis. for the past two years. She obtained the role soon after her own graduation from Edgewood with a bachelor's degree in psychology and criminal justice. In her time as an assistant, Pikulyk coached a total of five NACC All-Conference selections and the 2024 WBCA D3 Newcomer of the Year. She also earned her master's degree in organizational leadership and change during her time at Edgewood. During the 2022-23 season she helped the team lead the nation in defensive rebounding, averaging 34.7 per game. 

As a four year varsity student-athlete at Edgewood Pikulyk was a 2022 NACC 1^st team all-conference player and a back-to-back NACC Conference Champion. In 2021 she was nominated for the prestigious NCAA Women of the Year award and after wrapping up her playing career, Pikulyk was chosen as a WBCA So' You Want to Be A Coach program.
