In 2019, in the midst of a 20+ year career in the international non-profit space, Michael Kulma decided to more deeply pursue another passion, by becoming a certified personal trainer.  He’d long been engaged in sports and fitness at a personal level, but wanted to take the next step that would allow him to develop a health and wellness specialization in service to others.  Michael believes in a fitness progression from stabilization to strength to power, and he meets and helps clients wherever they might be in that journey.  As part of his continuing education in the field, he also has a specialization in group personal training.  Michael lives in Hyde Park with his wife and son, and in addition to his international interests, he is an avid White Sox, Bears, Bulls, and Blackhawks fan.
