Nicole Lincoln enters her third year as the Assistant Horizontal Jumps Coach for the men's and women's track & field programs at the University of Chicago in the 2025-26 academic year.
Previously serving as a volunteer coach for horizontals and high jump at Union College-KY, Lincoln specializes in jumps, hurdles, throws and multi-events and has been for more than 20 years. Within the past 15 years, many of Lincoln's athletes have earned conference, state, national and international honors. She has coached countless athletes who qualified for NAIA, USATF and AAU national championships bringing home a total of 50 All-American titles and 30 Illinois All-State titles. In 2018 and 2021, Lincoln was awarded National Coach of the year honors by the AAU for her rigirous work with her club program, Rush Athletics USA.
