Olivia Healy enters her second year as the Assistant Director for Athletics Alumni Engagement & Annual Fund at the University of Chicago in the 2025-26 academic year.

Prior to her arrival at UChicago, Healy spent four years at St. George’s School in Middletown, Rhode Island, where she served as Assistant Athletic Director. During her time there, she also held head coaching roles for the girls' basketball and volleyball teams. In 2024, Healy led the girls’ basketball team to its first-ever Class B New England Prep School Championship title and was named Class B Coach of the Year after guiding the team to a program-best 24–4 record. She also played a key role in engaging the school’s volunteer athletic parent group, supporting program operations across all sports and seasons.

Earlier in her career, Healy served as the Women’s Basketball Operations Coordinator at Brown University, where she oversaw team logistics, travel, and event planning, supporting both recruiting and daily operations. She also worked as a sports writer for WEEI Sports Radio, covering the Boston Red Sox minor league affiliate Portland Sea Dogs and the 2017 NBA Draft.

Healy earned a master’s degree in Recreation Management & Policy (Kinesiology concentration) from the University of New Hampshire (2016–2018), where she was a student-athlete on the women’s basketball team. She previously completed her bachelor’s degree in journalism at the University of Richmond (2013–2016), also competing as a member of the Spiders’ women’s basketball program. A native of Reading, Massachusetts, Healy was a Parade All-American and named ESPN Boston’s Miss Basketball, Basketball Coaches Association Player of the Year, and Massachusetts Gatorade Girls Basketball Player of the Year in 2013.
