MILWAUKEE – The University of Chicago men's tennis team lost 5-2 on the road at NAIA opponent Cardinal Stritch University on Saturday afternoon.
The No. 4-ranked Maroons fell to 6-2 overall while the Wolves moved to 3-2.
Cardinal Stritch took a pair of tiebreakers in doubles en route to capturing the doubles point. In singles, UChicago earned a pair of victories. Senior Erik Kerrigan took out his opponent 7-5, 6-1 at No. 3, while junior Alejandro Rodriguez cruised to a 6-2, 6-4 win at No. 5.
