Game Recap: Women's Soccer |

Women's Soccer Blanks Wheaton

CHICAGO – University of Chicago's women's soccer program cruised to a 4-0 win over Wheaton College on Wednesday.
 
Hannah Rittenhouse got the Maroons on the board with a goal in the 23rd minute. In a span of 5 minutes, Kamiryn Grimes and Ella Cho added goals to head into halftime up 3-0. 

Rittenhouse added another goal in the 62nd minute. Valerie Champagne, Livia Sabloff and Sarah Ginsburg each had an assist. 

As a team, the Maroons racked up 20 shots, 5 on target, while holding its opponents to three shots, two on goal. Sophie Pilarski and Adrienne Chan combined for the win in goal.
 
The Maroons take on Calvin on Saturday, Sept. 16 at 12 p.m. at home.
