INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – No. 5 University of Chicago men's tennis kicked off a span of two straight neutral site battles starting with Kenyon on Sunday in the Indiana state capital. The Maroons had a few matches where they came up big in tiebreaker sets but everything else went according to plan in a seven point victory over the Owls.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Pat Otero and Andrei Leonov had a battle on their hands in the first doubles contest of the day but were still able to come away with the point via an 8-6 tiebreak as No. 5 University of Chicago (12-1) went up 3-0 against Kenyon (5-5) after pairs play.
- Derek Hsieh also had to come up clutch in a top slot, this time during solo action. He won in two sets but had to earn it via an 8-6 second frame tiebreak. Outside of the third competition, all other matches went according to plan and fell into the Maroons win column as UChicago came away with the dominating 8-1 victory in Indy.
WHO'S ON DECK
The Maroons will have another neutral site matchup on their hands when they take on No. 13 Gustavus Adolphus on Saturday in Milwaukee.
